At Dahlia Wax Collective, we believe that every body deserves to be celebrated and cared for in a space where you can actually feel comfortable. We specialize in body waxing, pedicures, nails, and more - with a focus on those in the plus-size and neurodivergent communities.
We know self-care can be intimidating, especially if you haven’t always felt seen or comfortable in these spaces. That’s why we’ve built something different: a body-positive,
no-judgment zone where all bodies are truly welcome.

Plenty of salons advertise being body inclusive. But it’s one thing to say it and another to do it. Dahlia Wax Collective is a space where all bodies are welcome. Our salon was built from the ground up with intention, care, and a true love for what we do and those we see. We offer self care services from head to toe, and understand that getting these services can be an intimate and vulnerable experience. You deserve to feel safe, and your body cared for. When you step into the space your needs come first. Our products are high quality and safe for all skin types. Our hope is that all of our clients know that their bodies are amazing and we are honored to serve them.

“Been here many times for pedicures, will be back for plenty more. I have seen both Emma and Missy and I love them both. I am comfortable on the bench, the options to use pillows to situate myself is perfect because the massage chairs at other nail salons are nice but they are too small for me. The bowls move and allow you to sit easily before putting your feet in. Even propping my foot up on the shelf for the actual work is comfortable. I don’t have to keep my foot perfectly flat, which is actually painful. The pedicurists work with whatever position you want to be in. It’s awesome though I do feel bad for their backs. Anyway I would recommend this place to anyone interested in their services. I feel welcome and like I don’t have to make by body small to be accommodated.”

It takes time to find someone you can trust and make you feel safe when seeking out a wax professional and she is exactly that. Dahlia Wax Collective (originally Belladonna Wax, then Bella Wax Bar, then Dahlia Wax Bar….I have ADHD and it’s been a journey) started in 2023 as a one-woman run business offering full body waxing services to all humans in Portland, OR, with a focus on those in the plus size and neurodivergent communities. I started it in response to the lack of inclusivity in the self-care world.
Since then, it has evolved into something more beautiful than I could have ever anticipated and imagined. And because of that, I have been able to grow and add on these amazing new humans to bring you even more self-care support. I didn’t find them, the universe helped them find me. And I can’t wait for you all to meet them.
