Hi, I’m Brittany!
As a plus size, neurodivergent, single mom in her mid-30s, I initially felt out of place in the world of esthetics. However, once I started waxing, I quickly discovered a community of people who related to me and felt comfortable in my presence. I realized that I had found my calling: providing a safe and welcoming space for those who may have felt excluded from or intimidated by esthetic services in the past.
I take great pride in my work and the connections I make with each and every client. I am passionate about helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, and I believe that everyone deserves quality waxing services regardless of their size or background. Whether you're a waxing newbie, or have been getting waxed for years, I'm here to ease your worries and answer your questions. Whilst we know there is no such thing as a fully pain free wax, I'm known for my speed, technique, and ability to keep you occupied with whatever we want to chat about, so your appointment is done before you know it!
What started as a dream of having my own little waxing studio has grown into something way bigger than I ever expected. Expanding into Dahlia Wax Collective was something I thought was years away, and now it’s actually happening. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to create an even bigger, more inclusive space—one that offers more services and reaches more people in our community. None of this would be possible without the incredible team I’ve been lucky enough to put together. They believe in the same mission I do: making self-care accessible, welcoming, and judgment-free for every body.
When I’m not at the studio, I’m usually hanging out with my two kids, wrangling our domestic zoo of rescues (seriously, it’s a lot.), getting tattooed, seeing live music with my partner, or sitting around convinced I’ve forgotten something important—because I genuinely don’t know what it means to be bored these days (I’m working on it!!).
